• Observed slack or dangling of the jaw: in this case, it is necessary to intervene promptly by replacing the spacers between the pulveriser body and the moving parts.
• Observed slack of the base bearing:
1)It is necessary to inspect the tensioning force of the bolts (tightening torque Nm 387) using the cross technique.
2)If the slack is caused by wear on the base bearing rolling tracks and is greater than four (4) times the initial slack, do not hesitate to contact our technical service to replace the bearing itself.
The crusher does not turn or turns slowly:
1) Check the tightening – tightening force of the pins 4.97 kgn – of the coupling pins
of the gear motor to the rotation box.
2) Check that the pressure and flow parameters are correct.
3) Check the oil levels of the gear motor (recommended oil SAE 80W/120).
Visually check that there are no leaks.
The hydraulic cylinder is slow:
Ensure that the pressure and flow parameters reflect those recommended by the manufacturer by calibrating the maximum pressure valve.
The hydraulic cylinder has oil leaks:
promptly replace the gasket kit as follows:
1)Release the machine cylinder making sure that the oil dynamic system is switched off and free from pressure.
2) Completely empty the oil hydraulic cylinder and lock it on the bench in a suitable vice.
3) Manually extract the stem until it has travelled almost the whole stroke (if necessary use a puff of compressed air to help)
4) Loosen the stem-guiding head using the compass wrench to insert in the frontally located holes.
5) After completely loosening it, let the head slide forwards manually so that you can see the front part of the piston.
6) Then extract the stem by gripping (or supporting it with lifting equipment) the front attachment and pulling it towards the outside accompanied by an oscillating movement from up to down.
7) Free the cylinder liner and lock the stem in the vice using soft jaws.
8) Loosen the piston tightening ring nut, then extract the piston itself and the head from the stem.
9) Visually check the smoothed and chrome-plated surfaces of the liner and stem and check (if it has a parallel lathe) the straightness of both.
10) Remove the seals from their places.
11) Carefully clean all the components and replace the whole kit of seals greasing it with hydraulic oil.
12) Check the attachments of the cylinder and, if necessary, replace the bushings which constitute the mechanical fulcrum and anchoring parts of the machine.
13) Reassemble the cylinder carrying out the same operations as for disassembly in the reverse order.
14) Before reconnecting the cylinder to the machine, check it works correctly on the bench with the cylinder assembled, if possible, using an electrohydraulic control unit at a pressure of no less than 200 bar. It is recommended to print the service date.
